DESIGN & MANUFACTURE

We follow a series of steps to bring a plastic part from concept to completion. Here's a breakdown of the general process:
1. DESIGN & PROTOTYPING
The process starts with the customer's idea for a plastic part. We may offer design assistance to optimize the part for function and efficient manufacturing. Rapid prototyping techniques are used to create physical models quickly. This allows the customer to test and refine the design before committing to full production.
2. TOOLING
Once the design is finalized, custom molds (tools) are created specifically for that particular part. These molds determine the final shape of the plastic product. We possess rapid tooling capabilities, which means we can build these molds in a short time frame (2-3 weeks).
3. MANUFACTURING
The chosen manufacturing process is used to create the plastic parts. Injection moulding, which we specialises in, is a common method. In this process: plastic resin pellets are melted and pushed through a mould cavity under high pressure, the plastic cools and solidifies inside the mould, taking on the desired shape and finally, the finished parts are then ejected from the mould.

FURTHER PROCESSES

Once the manufacturing is completely, we offer a series of additional processes:
ASSEMBLY
Parts can be assembled after moulding, potentially combining plastic with other materials like metal.
FINISHING
Deburring, trimming, or other finishing touches might be required.
SHIP TO LINE DELIVERY
Delivering parts directly to the customer's assembly line can streamline their production process.
QUALITY CONTROL
Throughout the process, quality checks are performed to ensure the parts meet the required specifications.

WE ARE THE LEADING PLASTIC MANUFACTURERS

BATCH SIZES & SPECIALISATION

We, as a manufacturer, can handle various batch sizes, from small runs for prototypes to large-scale production of millions of parts.

We specialize in specific techniques like over-molding, where metal inserts are integrated within the plastic parts.
