The process starts with the customer's idea for a plastic part.
We may offer design assistance to optimize the part for function and efficient manufacturing.
Rapid prototyping techniques are used to create physical models quickly. This allows the customer to test and refine the design before committing to full production.
Once the design is finalized, custom molds (tools) are created specifically for that particular part. These molds determine the final shape of the plastic product. We possess rapid tooling capabilities, which means we can build these molds in a short time frame (2-3 weeks).
The chosen manufacturing process is used to create the plastic parts. Injection moulding, which we specialises in, is a common method. In this process: plastic resin pellets are melted and pushed through a mould cavity under high pressure, the plastic cools and solidifies inside the mould, taking on the desired shape and finally, the finished parts are then ejected from the mould.
